russoIT can provide services to manage your IT infrastructure. This usually involves full responsibility for the wellbeing of the hardware, operating systems, application systems and network components, including PC workstations.

 

Service Model

We can provide a choice of IT Management using one of the service models described below. The choice is yours and will depend on the quality and size of the IT infrastructure.

 

On-Demand

This is a combination of proactive and reactive support. A totally reactive service model is not realistic. It is akin to never servicing your car. Sooner or later it will break down. Therefore, an agreed proactive schedule of some maintenance is required for actions like installing security and update patches. Services provided for server, network and PC failures are billed at an hourly rate.

 

Managed Services

This is a fixed price for the maintenance of ALL the IT infrastructure support. This includes proactive maintenance, the remediation of failures and changes reasonably expected to occur in an IT infrastructure, like setting up a new staff member, moving a PC to different workstation, adding new software applications, installing software updates etcetera.

 

Hybrid Managed Services

This is a fixed price for the proactive maintenance, and the remediation of failures. However, changes reasonably expected to occur in an IT infrastructure, like setting up a new staff member, moving a PC to different workstation, adding new software applications etcetera are billed at an hourly rate.

 

Infrastructure Monitoring

For Managed Services, russoIT use a hosted service from solarwinds msp named MSP Remote Monitoring and Management. MSP RMM provides a comprehensive set of tools to efficiently secure, maintain, and improve IT in a single dashboard, including:
